How it works

A working system in 2 to 3 weeks

You bring the problems. We handle the setup, the testing, and the training. No technical expertise required.

1

Find the bottleneck

We look for the one constraint, not a catalog of tools.

  • Where does work wait on a person, a queue, or a decision that sits?
  • Name one constraint for the business. If a number is missing, say so. Do not invent one.
2

Build the solution

The system is designed around the workflow you already have.

  • Specialists get narrow jobs. A lead owns the business. A top-level review looks for the next bottleneck.
  • Assistants draft. A person sends. Anything that spends needs explicit approval.
  • The AI Ops Build includes implementation, training, and documentation. The Playbook is the plan and a 60-minute strategy session, for a team that will set it up.
3

Manage and improve

After the first fix, the work is to keep it running and add what is actually next.

  • Check in, keep the system running, and add a new solution when a new problem shows up.
  • You still make every decision that needs a yes.
  • The AI Ops Build has a 3-month minimum. Fully Managed is for owners who want the system run for them, inside rules they approve.

The 2 to 3 week timeline

  1. Before any work starts

    A conversation about the day

We talk about where work piles up: the inbox, the follow-ups, the calls or leads that slip. Together we choose what to set up first and agree on scope and price before any work starts. If we do not think we can help, we will tell you.

  2. Days 1 to 3

    Intake and access

You answer a short guided interview about the company, the tools, and how you like things done. We set up the tools and show you how to connect your email, calendar, and files. We never ask for passwords, and we sign an NDA. You also share the documents that matter, such as prices, how the work gets done, and the questions people ask most.

  3. Days 4 to 10

    Build and test

We set up the assistant around your business and the helpers you chose. Then we work with you to test each one on live data and adjust.

  4. End of week 2 or 3

    Handoff and training

A training session on your phone and computer, a one-page cheat sheet, and a recording to look back on. We check in about a week later to answer questions and make small adjustments.

What we need from you

  • About an hour for the first conversation and the intake.
  • A few minutes to connect your email, calendar, and files. We show you how. We never ask for passwords, and we sign an NDA.
  • A few key documents, such as prices and the questions that come up often.
  • Time for the training session.

Common questions

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. We set it up, and the training is in plain English on the phone and computer you already use.

Will you have my passwords?

No. You connect your own accounts. We never ask for passwords, and we sign an NDA.

Do I have to change my software?

No. The assistant works alongside the email, calendar, and other tools you already use.

Does it send things without me?

You decide. Many owners start with drafts they approve, then let simple things such as reminders go out on their own.

What about missed calls?

A missed-call text-back can be one of the helpers. The caller gets a short text, so a new lead hears from you.
